RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At DreamSky LED, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by DreamSky LED.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
